In recent times, a map of Europe has gone viral with the number of musical metal bands per one million inhabitants, revealing that Finland has the highest number of them.

Many have attempted to find correlations with other metrics, and Barack Obama once said:
“I want to note that in Finland, there may be the highest number of heavy metal bands per capita. It also demonstrates high scores in country governance quality rankings. I don’t know if there’s any connection here.”
